A day in the life?

As a 4MMM Drive Producer / Brand Experience Specialist, you will ensure innovative and creative ideas are integrated into the show, ensuring fresh and up-to-date content is put to air. 

As a key member of the Content team, you will ensure all on-air content is aligned to the relevant station’s key brand message and meets relevant risk assessment guidelines and on-air codes before going live. You will support and execute the station’s audience experience and content monetisation activity across all relevant channels.

This role will help maximise audience engagement, client integration and GFK ratings through the flawless execution of tailored experiences for our listeners & brand partners.

What You’ll Need

• Experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media and/or social media strategy
• Knowledge of content, sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
• Proven ability in people and resource management, along with excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to connect with and engage target audiences.
• Passion for news, popular culture, and current affairs relevant to SCA’s audience.
• Willingness and ability to embrace new industry technologies and evolving audio practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in dynamic situations.
