Join a hands-on, collaborative team passionate about delivering engaging brand experiences that connect with our audiences and partners across the Townsville market. Our Townsville office, located in the heart of the city, offers a supportive  environment where local content and community connection are the focus.

A day in the life?
As a Brand Experience Specialist, you’ll help bring the HIT and Triple M brands to life through creative, engaging promotions and events. Working closely with the Brand Experience Lead and wider team, you’ll manage campaigns and activations from start to finish—on-air, online and on the ground.

Your role will involve:

• Managing the execution of brand experience activity to ensure it meets expectations and station goals

• Collaborating on creative audience engagement ideas that align with brand strategies

• Supporting all local experiences and events, including OBs, giveaways and street activations

• Managing and training casual street team staff

• Overseeing promo gear, merchandise and signage

• Ensuring all activities meet legal, safety and compliance standards

What You’ll Need

• Strong organisational and planning skills

• Creative thinking and the ability to problem solve

• Experience in events, activations, or promotions is highly regarded

• A team player mindset with great communication skills

• Ability to manage people and juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail
