About the Team & Office
Join a high-performing team passionate about delivering innovative and engaging audio content across our 2DayFM & Triple M radio networks. We create top-quality content in a fun, collaborative environment. Our Sydney office, located in the heart of World Square (5 minute walk from Town Hall station), is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight—with every second Friday off to rest and recharge!

A day in the life?

As a Content Assistant, you’ll be a key support to our Content Directors for 2DayFM & Triple M as well as the wider content teams, helping bring our station strategies to life. You’ll play a central role in keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes by coordinating meetings, preparing content reports and research, managing diaries and travel, and ensuring our on-air talent and producers have everything they need to do their best work.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced media environment, have exceptional organisational skills, and love juggling multiple tasks—from supporting live events and OBs to preparing presentations and managing stakeholder communication.

What You’ll Need

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a team-first attitude

• Previous experience in administration or broadcast/media support roles (ideal but not essential)
