What does your day to day look like?

• Lead and unify a national team of creative, strategic, and production talent, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.
• Support and mentor local Heads of Studio, embedding a feedback-rich environment to drive development and collaboration.
• Strengthen cross-functional relationships with Sales, Content, Operations, and Executive teams, positioning The Studio as a trusted, results-driven partner.
• Centralise and optimise The Studio’s operations through streamlined processes, resource-sharing, and improved tools and systems.
• Drive strategic and creative excellence aligned with commercial outcomes, including revenue growth, inventory conversion, and market share.
• Act as a future-focused leader, evolving content monetisation, product innovation, and business development in response to market trends.

What you’ll need:  

• A minimum of 10 years media experience
• Have a proven track record of delivering a team culture that drives results
• Has experience in working with creatives and how to best unlock their skills
• Can deliver feedback and have genuine conversation with direct reports to ensure behaviors and actions are consistent
• Has proven knowledge of creating a team strategic plan and executing with excellence
