Join our SCA Sydney Programmatic Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do. This role will be responsible for the commercialisation of SCA/LiSTNR and partners inventory through programmatic channels. This role will drive programmatic revenue growth through collaboration with the digital sales & operations teams through platform & product expertise across sales, deal management & troubleshooting. This is a 12 month contract position. 

What does your day to day look like?

  • Look at maximising programmatic revenue across all SCA products and partner products, including LiSTNR streaming, display, video and Podcasts.
  • Collaborate with the digital sales team to develop programmatic solutions from brief, response, pitch, deal creation and post campaign reporting
  • Review programmatic performance of consortium groups, analyse client data to optimise growth.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships Digital Sales, Operations, Digital Product & Technology

What you’ll need:  

  • 1+ years in programmatic sales roles
  • 2+ years digital media experience in a sales or client focused role
  • High level understanding of the digital media landscape
  • High level understanding of programmatic transactions & audience segmentation
  • Experience working with SSPs or DSPs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt using a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Superior presentation skills an able to deliver attractive, accurate and customer focused communication.
  • A strong commercial drive and understanding sales imperatives.
  • Relationships with agency trading desk
