We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Sydney team for a 6 month contract. This role reports directly into the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for reviewing all major sourcing and purchasing of goods and services to support business operations.

What does your day to day look like?

• Develop and implement procurement strategies across categories including corporate, technology, facilities, HR, marketing, sales and content.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Review existing supplier relationships to ensure quality, value, and service delivery in line with contractual agreements, whilst seeking best possible terms.
• Monitor procurement compliance with internal governance, financial delegation policies, and relevant legislation.
• Provide commercial guidance and support to internal stakeholders in supplier selection and contract management.
• Analyse market trends and spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain procurement records and reporting systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support risk management initiatives through supplier due diligence, contract risk assessments, and performance monitoring.
• Lead initiatives to embed sustainable, diverse, and ethical sourcing practices in line with corporate ESG objectives.

What you’ll need:  

• 7+ years’ experience in procurement or commercial contract management, ideally within the media, entertainment or technology sectors or an organisation with 1000 – 2000 FTE.
• Demonstrated experience managing procurement processes and supplier negotiations across multiple spend categories.
• Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, contract law, and risk management principles.
