The student worker provides essential administrative and clerical support to the front desk staff and nurses to ensure smooth daily operations within the Health Services department.
*Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
*Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
*Assist with mailings and the preparation of outreach materials.
*Provide clerical support related to office supplies and inventory.
*Support the planning and execution of outreach and health education events.
*Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
