Responsibilities:

  • Complete required tutoring drop-in hours each week
    Be available for additional appointment hours each week
    Reach out to tutees for skills workshops
    Develop workshops to host throughout semester
    Remain in good academic/judicial standing
    Other duties as assigned
    Must be available for August training dates

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in specific course content
    Awareness of the needs of TRiO populations
    Active listening
    Relationship building
    Good communication skills
    Problem solving skills
    Level of responsibility
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
    At least a B+ in class(es) they can tutor in
