Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to, have or acquire expert level knowledge in the ExamSoft program and how it operates and train or refresh faculty in ExamSoft; assist faculty in question and assessment creation; help interpret exam results and be willing to learn statistical analysis; troubleshoot any problems faculty or students may have with ExamSoft; manage and assign users to their correct courses and assign permissions accordingly; enter new question categories into ExamSoft portal as they arise; proctor ExamSoft exams and prepare to troubleshoot any technical issues during the exam; perform any tasks that the ExamSoft coordinator assigns; perform research, data analysis and other functions for the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs; perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the College of Nursing staff; coordinate the set-up and breakdown of college-related events.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

** Acceptance into a graduate-level program at Seton Hall University. Applicants must be new to their graduate program or have at least two years of coursework remaining.
** Understanding and willingness to support the Seton Hall University Catholic mission.
** Maintain 20-hour weekly work schedule. Specific schedule is coordinated with graduate assistant’s supervisor and is subject to change, with advance notice.

Desired Qualifications:

**Experience with online testing tools.
**Ideal candidates will have strong initiative, a superior work ethic, work independently with minimal supervision, ability to work collaboratively, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
