Due to the continuous success and growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Support Office team as an Accounts Payable Officer.
The role is Part Time at 3 or 4 days per week.

The role:
Reporting to our Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance with accounts payable and receivable tasks, data entry and reporting to various stakeholders, through accurate and timely processing, recording and classification of financial information.
You will have a positive customer service attitude, strong attention to detail with an ability to foster good working relationships, possess excellent communications skills, a “can do” attitude and thrive on working in a fast paced energetic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable – collections, reconciliations & invoicing
- Accounts payable – data entry and payments
- Purchase order processing
- Processing & importing sale, debtors, exchange, returns and payment allocations
- Provide support to accountants, accounts receivable and accounts payable as required
- Providing support in the execution of Finance game plans
- Proactively work with the support team to achieve team goals
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong attention to detail
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to work to set deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis and to prioritise workloads accordingly
- Work collaboratively as a team player and also independently
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated analytical and numerical skills
