  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and nurture a diverse team, promoting an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication with store team members to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and expectations.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize exceptional customer service, creating positive and memorable interactions.

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

  • Brand Alignment: Passionate about Samsung and aligned with our company’s core values.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Proven ability to create positive and memorable customer interactions.
  • Availability: Flexible with full-time availability, including late-night trade and weekends.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role with strong sales experience. No prior technology experience required! You will be trained on all technical aspects of the role. All you need is your exceptional people skills.
