We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as the HR Coordinator within our Brighton Support Office on a full time basis.

The role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide first level guidance and advisory support to employees regarding RPG policies & procedures, HR processes & practices in Australia and New Zealand (with the support of your team, escalating when required)
Oversee the HR Support inboxes and Ticket System and respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner
Prepare HR reports, presentation and analysis of people analytics
Manage all employee change documentation and processes
Onboarding and offboarding of all RPG team members, including set up on Payroll, Point of Sale and Training systems
Support of the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales Specialists via PageUp including; creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone screens, booking and organising interviews, conducting reference checks and offers, and generating contracts
Assist with the recruitment of Management roles when required
Ensure all employee documentation is retained and filled promptly
Ensure all HR records, files and systems are maintained and updated accurately
Work with the HR team and Manager on key Retailors' people and culture initiatives to drive change and exceptional people experiences
Other ad hoc duties as required
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in an administrative role, and a background with HR (highly desirable)
Proficiency in MS Office
Customer focused attitude and a passion for people
Good communication skills; across multiple levels and functions, both internally and externally
Demonstrated organisational skills
Ability to work in a discreet manner and maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis and prioritise workload accordingly
Works collaboratively as a team player and independently
