Role Purpose

  • Perform store management duties on shift in roster (7x24) as required;
  • Assist Store Inspector to perform the parts receiving;
  • Issue aircraft spare parts to maintenance for daily operations;
  • Control store environment in terms of temperature and humidity;
  • Manage the store racking area;
  • Perform stock taking periodically;
  • Carry out parts shelf life control;
  • Assist Assistant Manager, Store & Logistics to ensure the warehouse is compliance to HKCAD requirements;
  • Assist Assistant Manager, Store & Logistics to ensure the safety of the store;
  • Ensure the accuracy of the record in inventory system;
  • Pre-load the parts for schedule maintenance as required;
  • Manage the racking of unserviceable part, quarantine parts, and observation parts;
  • Perform stock move among HKE’s different store;
  • Supervise the contracted store and ensure its services are up-to-standard;
  • Assist in other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Higher Diploma or above qualification in Supply Chain & Logistic Management or any related disciplines;
  • Minimum 4 years logistic or supply chain management related experience whereas exposure of the aviation industry is an advantage;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist;
  • Experience in store/quality inspector experiences is highly preferred;
  • Detail oriented with problem-solving skills and stress resistant;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people at different levels in between the company and outside parties;
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Willingness to work in variable shift duty as assigned;
  • Possess valid Hong Kong Driving License Classes 1 and 2.
