Role Purpose

  • Review performance data and activity, monitor and measure departmental productivity, KPI achievement and overall effectiveness.
  • Oversees inflight services transformation projects aimed at optimizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving productivity within the organization.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of business processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for an operational level for safety and security related to operational functions of cabin operations
  • Responsible for ensuring operations under the responsible areas are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and HKE's policies, standards, and requirements.
  • Make decisions regarding risk tolerability associated with cabin operations with respect to the safety and/or security of cabin operations based on the tolerability defined in the operational Risk Matrix.
  • Partner with Operational Control Centre Department in manpower planning, and effective deployment of cabin crew resources.
  • Provide guidance as well as overseeing inflight services standards, inflight sales, quality assurance, and operational requirements.
  • Responsible for overseeing budget, reporting, planning, and auditing for Cabin Crew Operations and Transformation
  • Prepare reports for senior management review.
  • Responsible for coaching, managing and motivating the reporting teams to achieve functional efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform management flying duty, or conduct observation flights as required.
  • Perform any other related support duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years relevant work experience, including minimum 4 years of experience in aviation industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Possess good academic qualifications and sound judgment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to gain the respects from team and strong execution on the strategy and operations.
  • Mature minded, decision orientated.
  • Proficient in Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
