Role and Responsibilities
- Act as material focal point during non-office hours;
- Perform sourcing and purchasing for AOG recovery / critical material demands;
- Coordinate with IC, TS and MCC to ensure materials delivery;
- Coordinate with the IC team for aircraft tools and spare part loan, exchange or sale as required;
- Ensure all transactions have been properly input in the MIS system;
- Arrange logistics for AOG / critical material request;
- Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above qualification in Engineering, Aerospace or Logistics & Supply Chain or any related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience in aircraft materials supply, store operation or logistic operation in airlines, MROs, OEMs or suppliers is preferred;
- Knowledge of Aircraft spare parts is preferred;
- Excellent analysis skill, logical thinking and stress resistant;
- Willingness to work in variable shift duty;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with people;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
- Good computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs.
- Candidate with more hands-on experience will be considered as Specialist, AOG Desk.
