Role Purpose
- Manage all Thailand stations' performance according to the company standard and requirements;
- Drive and review with Station-in-charge in all aspects of station performance, including OTP, guest experience, service provider performance, regulation compliance;
- Monitor and ensure the airport operation performance complies with the company service level and standard;
- Ensure all Ground Operations activities are adhered to the Company and regulatory policies and procedures;
- Oversee all Ground Operations projects and development;
- Coordinate with local regulators and authorities on behalf of the company;
- Maintain the highest standard and on-time performance with continuous improvement;
- Coordinate and represent HK Express Airways for service, quality, safety and security audits required by Headquarters or Local Aviation Authorities;
- Report to headquarters timely if there are any changes in local governmental and aviation regulatory requirements;
- Responsible for advising General Manager, Ground Services on operational quality, safety and security matters, to enable the General Manager, Ground Services, to achieve the company’s safety and security objectives.
- Has the authority to make decisions regarding risk tolerability with respect to the safety and/or security of aircraft operations based on the tolerability defined in the Operational Risk Matrix.
- Responsible for carrying out crisis management and business continuity tasks stipulated in the company’s Business Resilience Manual and the department’s Business Continuity Plan(s).
- Responsible for complying with the company's Safety Policy and other associated policies applicable to the position.
- Responsible for reporting hazards and events concerning safety and security through the company’s safety reporting system.
- Responsible for participating in and/or completing the safety, security or quality-related training as assigned by the company, within the specified timeframe.
- On-call availability for emergencies and irregular operations, including weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Degree holder or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in a related discipline;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the aviation industry, including 3 years of managerial experience;
- Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Operations and IOSA requirements;
- Excellent command of written and spoken Thai and English;
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office;
- People manager with good communication skills and a fast decision maker;
- Strong analytical and project management skills and sensitive to figures;
