YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY
As our passionate CRM Administrator, you will work closely with the CRM Manager in creating and managing campaigns for Forever New's CRM and loyalty program. You will collaborate closely with campaign leads to ensure smooth execution across various customer channels, including email and SMS.
Using our Marketing Automation platform, you will create campaign segmentation and audiences, conduct A/B tests, and explore personalization opportunities to drive increased revenue and deliver a tailored customer experience. Additionally, you will analyse campaign performance and implement strategies to enhance engagement and conversion for future campaigns.
Get excited to:
Reporting and Monitoring for CRM/Loyalty
- Reporting on performance of CRM/Loyalty programs, SMS & MMS, and Post Purchase Surveys to present in weekly trade meetings and reporting decks for executives.
- Monitor Forever New’s Validity account, checking weekly insights into inbox placement, reputation, and performing regular inbox testing with seed lists and pixel tracking to track deliverability.
CRM and Loyalty Journeys/Emails:
- Creating new and existing CRM/Loyalty journeys and emails in Emarsys across all regions.
- Monitoring performance of existing programs.
- Looking after voucher codes in emails.
- Creating segments within Emarsys, and assisting with clearing database size
SMS and MMS Campaigns
- Implementing MMS in SMS for promotional sales and collection launches.
- Reporting on campaign results.
- Updating budgets and invoices.
Audience Creation for Northern Hem Digital Ads:
- Develop targeted CRM audiences for Digital Ads for Facebook and Google.
Competitor Research:
- Conducted competitor research, including evaluations of loyalty checkout experiences and analysis of welcome emails/offers.
Customer Service Support:
- Address customer service queries related to customer account issues.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or similar
- 1- 2 years’ experience within CRM and marketing automation
- Experience using marketing automation platforms to deliver omnichannel campaigns and automation journeys including email SMS, web push and app push.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation and personalisation
- Experience working at a strategic and analytical level to own deliver the roadmap of automations
