YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Forever New is looking for a creative, confident Content Creator & Social Media Assistant to support our Northern Hemisphere markets across TikTok and Instagram. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social content, trends, and fashion, and loves bringing a brand to life through engaging short‑form video.

Reporting to the Brand Marketing Specialist – Northern Hemisphere, you’ll play a key role in executing Forever New’s social content strategy across the UK, US, and Canada.

GET EXCITED TO

  • Create engaging, on‑brand short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, from concept through to filming and editing
  • Confidently appear on camera where required, becoming the face of NH social content.
  • Stay across the latest TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, and formats, applying them in a way that feels authentic to the Forever New brand
  • Support campaign moments, product launches, eCommerce, EGC, and in‑store content creation
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Creative Services, and eCommerce teams to deliver weekly content plans
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and present weekly content ideas and final outputs to key stakeholders
  • Assist with admin tasks including trend tracking, PR sample coordination, content scheduling, and attending content planning sessions

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

  • Experience or strong interest in social media, content creation, marketing, or communications (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
  • A strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and algorithms
  • Confident filming, editing, and appearing in video content
  • Creatively minded with a strong eye for fashion, styling, and storytelling
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
  • Passionate about Forever New and staying ahead of social and fashion trends
