Join Forever New as our Senior Business Analyst - AI & Digital and play a key role in shaping how AI, automation and digital technology transform our business. Partnering across business and technology teams, you’ll turn challenges and opportunities into smart, practical solutions and drive high-impact initiatives from discovery through to delivery.

  • Lead discovery and translate business challenges into clear requirements, future-state processes and practical solutions
  • Identify and shape high-value AI, automation and digital opportunities across the business
  • Define requirements for AI agents, Copilots, intelligent workflows and conversational solutions
  • Partner with our AI Centre of Excellence, business stakeholders, technology specialists and external vendors
  • Lead business analysis across initiatives from requirements and solution definition through to testing, implementation and adoption
  • Support digital and Ecommerce initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Develop business cases, assess benefits and ROI, and turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Help drive responsible AI adoption through strong governance, privacy, security and risk practices
     
     
     
     
     

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

You’re a commercially minded and solutions-focused Business Analyst who can connect business needs with technology and turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

  • 3+ years’ experience in senior business analysis or project delivery roles, ideally across retail, Ecommerce or digital environments
  • Demonstrated experience working across AI, automation or digital initiatives
  • Hands-on exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AI agents, Power Platform or Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Strong experience across discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Confidence developing business cases and recommending solutions to complex business problems
  • Strong analytical capability and experience using Excel, web analytics or business intelligence tools
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across business, technical and senior stakeholder groups
  • An understanding of AI governance, privacy, security, risk and change management
