Responsible for assisting the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations with planning, organizing and controlling the operations of the Ticket Office; also assist in the management and administration of all ticket office staff and event operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist with all facets of the daily operations of the Ticket Office, ensuring compliance with the University, state, and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
2. Assist with the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, and enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution.
3. Assist the Assistant AD of Ticket Operations in all areas of Football ticketing.
4. Manage all ticketing operations for an assigned sport, outside of football, including season ticket seat assignments, scheduling of staffing at games, management of post-season ticket allotment and travel for post-season tournaments.
5. Assist with management of relationship with secondary market ticketing partner, including collection of data, customer service and inventory management.
6. Invoicing opponents for visiting team ticket allotments.
7. Assist with reviewing ticketing needs and procedures with venue users; prepares events for system sales and conducts final event sales audits.
8. Monitors and maintains integrity of cash-handling and fiscal procedures.
9. Provides detailed sales and financial reports on a timely basis; maintains all ticket office records.
10. Assist with the development of policies and procedures with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operations of the unit.
11. Perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field with two (2) year of experience in related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with Paciolan ticket software in a ticket office.

• Ability to travel with occasional overnight stay.
• Ability to work evenings and weekend hours.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with Paciolan and Salesforce.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Ability to work long hours.
• Frequent external imposed deadlines set and revised beyond one’s control; interruptions influence priorities; difficult to anticipate nature or volume of work with certainty beyond a few days; meeting of deadlines and coordination of unrelated activities are key to position; involves conflict-resolution or similar interactions involving emotional issues or stress on a regular basis.
• Occasionally requires lifting, bending, or other physical exertion. Often, it involves exposure to one or more elements such as heat, cold, noise, dirt, chemicals, etc.
• Job frequently requires walking, standing, lifting, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, and handling objects with hands.
• Requires handling of heavy weight objects up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis and on occasion up to 150 lbs.
• Vision requirement: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
