Position Function:
Assists in the day-to-day operations of the football office by assisting the Associate AD/ Football Administration with non-coaching activities.
Salary Grade: 13

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Associate AD/Football Administration with non-coaching football operations duties.
2. May serve as travel advance designee for all football related activities.
3. May assist with maintaining a student-athlete parent database.
4. May collaborate with recruiting staff during new player transition and serve as point of contact for player families once matriculated to MSU.
5. May coordinate player family pre-game events.
6. Provides a full range of professional administrative support for the football program.
7. Manages TeamWorks online database.
8. Works in conjunction with nutrition for all student-athlete related meals.
9. Perform related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Two years of related experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of NCAA and SEC rules and regulations.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours.
• Excellent organizational, management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel and stay overnight.
• Valid Drivers’ License.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
• Job frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping/kneeling/crouching/ crawling, talking, hearing, handling objects with hands, and lifting up to 10 pounds. Often exposed to one or more elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc. with one to the point of being objectionable. Injuries may require professional treatment.
