This position is responsible for the administration of the Bully Buy eProcurement system and providing instructional support and training to MSU users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Administer the Bully Buy System
Oversee daily operations, user access, and configuration settings to ensure optimal
performance and compliance.
b. Troubleshoot and Escalate Technical Issues
Diagnose system issues and coordinate with the vendor (Jaggaer) for resolution when
necessary.
c. Maintain System Integrations
Collaborate with MSU ITS to monitor and sustain the integration between Bully Buy
and Banner, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.
d. Enhance Internal Processes
Design, implement, and refine internal workflows and tools to improve interoperability
between Bully Buy, Banner, and other procurement systems.
e. Provide Tier-1 Support
Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries and technical support related to the
Bully Buy system.
f. Develop Documentation and Training Materials
Create and maintain user guides, technical manuals, and process documentation to
support system users and internal stakeholders.
g. Deliver Training Programs
Conduct individual and group training sessions on Bully Buy functionality, updates,
and best practices.
h. Vendor Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between MSU and Jaggaer, including participation
in monthly vendor calls and issue tracking.
i. Monitor System Usage and User Roles
Analyze system usage patterns to recommend improvements to user roles and
permissions for both procurement staff and campus-wide users.
j. Evaluate Catalog Effectiveness
Review campus spend data to assess the relevance of existing catalogs and identify
opportunities to add or retire catalogs based on usage trends

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Physical Requirements:
· No unusual physical requirements. Requires limited lifting of files and records up to 25
pounds and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.
· Frequent- External imposed deadlines; set and revised beyond one’s control;
interruptions influence priorities; difficult to anticipate nature or volume of work with
certainty beyond a few days; meeting of deadlines and coordination of unrelated
activities are key to position; involves conflict-resolution.
