The Online Enrollment Services Coordinator role is vital to the Center for Distance Education's Online Admissions and Enrollment team, supporting prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role provides detailed program and admissions information, maintains consistent communication, facilitates onboarding, and conducts outreach campaigns to ensure a seamless applicant experience. They are also responsible for conducting outreach campaigns, logging interactions, and managing various communication platforms to ensure prospective students receive the support they need to begin their academic journey successfully.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide prospective students with clear and accurate information on academic programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment steps.
2. Maintain timely, consistent, and professional communication with applicants throughout the admissions cycle.
3. Guide new students through the onboarding process to ensure they are prepared for success in their academic journey.
4. Accurately document all student interactions in Slate CRM to track engagement and progress.
5. Lead call, email, and text campaigns to connect with prospective students and encourage timely application and enrollment actions.
6. Facilitate virtual information sessions to answer questions and provide enrollment guidance.
7. Collaborate with colleagues across the Center for Distance Education to ensure coordinated and efficient student support.
8. Manage inquiries from the shared inbox, ensuring all student questions are addressed promptly and accurately.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

One to three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, admissions counseling, or student recruitment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in or willingness to learn platforms such as Slate, Mongoose, Banner, and other university systems.
5. Ability to analyze student records and transcripts.
6. Skilled in the use of computers, office applications, and digital communication tools.
7. Knowledge of enrollment processes and customer service best practices.
8. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
9. Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
• Job frequently requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, handling equipment with hands, and lifting to 50 pounds
