Position Function:
Vacancy for a Time-Limited, Nine-Month Visiting Instructor, Visiting Assistant Professor, Visiting Associate Professor, or Visiting Professor in Accounting is sought for beginning in the Fall 2026. Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in Accounting. All academic levels and disciplines will be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Major duties and responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, advising and mentoring students. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires an accounting doctorate from an AACSB accredited institution and demonstrated excellence in the field of accountancy. ABD's will be considered. Level of appointment is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
In addition to minimum qualifications, professional certification, online teaching and professional experience are desirable.

The ability to provide academic leadership. Commitment to working with and encouraging diversity. Effective interpersonal skills to interact with, engage and inspire students, faculty, staff and others. Effective organization and administrative skills.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
No unusual physical requirements. Requires no heavy lifting, and nearly all work is performed in a comfortable indoor facility.
