The role

You will join a friendly and motivated System Test Execution (QA) team supporting the verification and validation of next-generation ultra-low power GPU cores and associated software.

You will get an opportunity to work with future technology on every stage of the development lifecycle for hardware and software in major application areas. You are going to obtain immense learning opportunities, bringing new graphics and compute cores technologies and solutions to market.

You will:

  • Assist in executing test plans and test cases across different platforms and environments
    (e.g., emulators, FPGA, virtual platforms, and development boards) ) and operating systems
  • Perform functional and regression testing for software and applications
  • Support Android application testing across different devices and configurations
  • Analyse test results and help prepare basic test reports
  • Log defects clearly in tools like Jira and support issue investigation
  • Work closely with team members to understand failures and reproduce issues
  • Execute repetitive test cycles with attention to detail
  • Help validate applications on prototype or pre-release devices
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure good test coverage

  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Android mobile platform
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow test procedures
  • Strong willingness to learn and improve technical skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a structured approach
  • A passion for technology and a work ethic to match

You might also have:

  • Exposure to Python or scripting basics
  • Basic understanding of embedded systems or hardware interaction
  • Basic understanding of APIs
  • Familiarity with tools like EDA, Jira, TestRail, Putty, WinSCP, Confluence
  • Interest in graphics, GPUs, or system-level testing
  • Internship or academic project related to testing or system validation
