Job Summary:
|
The Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College seeks a highly skilled Associate Director of Content Marketing & Enrollment Communications to serve as second-in-command in the Marketing Department. This individual will be a strategic thinker, prolific writer, and operationally excellent executor responsible for developing and implementing Crummer’s full suite of enrollment communications and digital content.
This position will play a mission-critical role in converting MBA and executive education prospects through the creation, execution, and optimization of data-driven email marketing campaigns via the cloud-based CRM systems like Slate, Monday.com or HubSpot. Additionally, the role oversees the day-to-day management, writing, editing, and optimization of the Crummer website (crummer.rollins.edu), including campaign landing pages, general updates and SEO GAI improvements. This is a high-output role for a senior-level content creator with both operations and strategic marketing expertise.
This individual should be knowledgeable and comfortable using AI-enabled marketing tools, specifically for writing social media, advertising and promotional copy, have strong cross-departmental communication skills, and demonstrate an aptitude to digitally engage audiences via creative storytelling both visually and verbally.
Key Responsibilities:
Slate/Email Marketing Campaigns & Full Funnel Communications (Approx. 70%)
- Strategize, write, and deploy drip email campaigns through Slate & Monday.com CRM to support all stages of the admissions funnel for MBA and executive education prospects.
- Develop segmented email journeys mapping to distinct MBA product lines, plus non-degree offerings, aligned with recruitment cycles for spring and fall cohorts.
- Maintain and update all automated and ad hoc communications with speed and accuracy using generative AI and personalization tools.
- Write and publish Crummer’s monthly e-newsletter in coordination with admissions and executive education teams.
Web Content Editing & Digital Experience Oversight (5%)
- Serve as the primary content administrator and editor for crummer.rollins.edu.
- Write, edit, and optimize all program and landing page content on an ongoing basis for SEO, clarity, and conversion.
- Manage all photography, video, and interactive content updates in collaboration with creative partners and Director of Marketing.
- Monitor and improve site UX and performance analytics of the crummer.rollins.edu website using Google Analytics, WordPress, and Slate conversion data.
Paid & Social Media Campaign Development, Management & Integration (25%)
- Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to align messaging and content across paid search, social media, and website landing pages.
- Develop quarterly campaign content calendars to drive social media paid and organic lead generation campaigns throughout the annual recruitment cycle.
- Work closely with in-house as well as freelance graphic designers to create creative assets for social media campaigns across linked In, Meta and YouTube.
- Review performance metrics monthly/by campaign and recommend content or structural adjustments via A/B message testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
- Liaise with admissions, executive education, faculty, and the broader Rollins campus to ensure content consistency and strategic messaging alignment.
- Represent the marketing function in cross-functional meetings, ensuring communications serve enrollment goals.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to junior staff, freelancers, and interns.

Minimum Qualifications & Education:
|
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field required. Masters degree in communications, or journalism a strong plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing and strategic content development, preferably in higher education or a high-touch B2C environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
|
- Master’s degree in communications, journalism or digital marketing (or MBA) with a concentration in communications and/or marketing.
- Strategic content development experience in higher education or consumer luxury industry.
|
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
|
- Exceptional promotional copywriting and editorial skills; portfolio of enrollment or campaign emails strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with CRM-based marketing automation tools (Slate, Monday.com or other cloud CRM a plus).
- Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms for hands-on website editing and content management on a daily basis.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, GrammarlyGO) to accelerate content production.
- Baseline understanding of SEO / GEN AI SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Entrepreneurial energy with a passion for education and audience engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders, simultaneously.

- Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office environment.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, which include evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
