Job Summary:
|
- Application Processing
- Assist with application processing and data integrity by running queries to locate and update missing or incorrect data on applicant records.
- Review applicant records for missing or mis-coded application checklist materials.
- High School Transcript Processing
- Review incoming high school transcripts for accuracy and completeness.
- GPA Recalculation
- Learn how to assess individual classes and courses and, where required, translate grades into a standardized 4.0 scale GPA equivalent.
- Admission Email Account (admission@rollins.edu)
- Assist with the monitoring of the Admission Inbox within the CRM.
- Respond to and manage incoming inquiries, appropriately categorizing or escalating messages as needed.
- Upload and categorize documents and materials, sent via email, to student application records.
- Other Duties
- Support data cleanup efforts within Slate, including duplicate record consolidation, batch material management, and record assignment.
- Support the Operations Team with other assigned tasks as needed.
- At all times and in all situations, represent Rollins and the Admissions office in a professional and friendly manner.

Minimum Qualifications & Education: |
- Associate’s degree or higher.
|
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Rollins Office of Admission uses the Technolutions Slate CRM system to manage the college application process. Training in this system will be provided.
- Excellent grammar and interpersonal skills essential to the crafting of professional email responses.
- This position involves access to personal information for prospective, current, and former students. The ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, tact, and discretion is essential.

Additional Position Information:

Assignment Dates: Monday 09/15/2025 to Friday 01/02/2026 (16 weeks)
Work Schedule: The Admissions Operations Assistant role is scheduled to work approximately 22 hours per week and for a total of or fewer than 1,000 hours per year. The schedule will depend on availability and department needs with the ability to work flexible hours. Admission Office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
Pay Rate: Rollins offers a competitive hourly rate and there are no benefits associated with this position.

Work Environment:
|
- Hybrid position split between an office environment and working remotely. (Approximately 2 days in the office and 1 day remote.)
- Most duties can be completed remotely, and there will be opportunities to occasionally work outside normal office hours if necessary.
- To work remotely, you will need to have a laptop or PC, a reliable internet connection, and audio equipment to take part in online meetings.
- Preferred Monday, Wednesday, and Friday availability.
- Required availability on the following dates: October 31st, November 3rd, 14th, and 17th
- Work may require some visual strain due to use of computer.
