The opportunity:

Due to ongoing growth across our team, we have a newly created opportunity within our Brisbane team for an experienced Property Operations Manager specialising within Residential Property. This position will provide leadership to a team of on-site building managers, ensuring a high standard of maintenance of our asset while effectively managing critical relationships with tenants, owners, and bodies corporate.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Management of on-site staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely maintenance to all stakeholders
  • Taking a proactive approach to ensure estate and common areas are well presented and maintained
  • Relationship management across Body Corporate, Residents, Community Managers and Tradespeople as well as internal stakeholders
  • Report presentation including management reports, landscape reports, and body corporate reports
  • Service agreement management, including maintaining service checklist and schedules for body corporate
  • Property management ensuring tenants & landlords are receiving best practice service and KPI’s are achieved – vacancy, arears, lease renewals & maintenance
  • Coordinating
  • Coordinate staff training and offer management oversight to ensure portfolio is up to date with legislation and compliance
  • Financial management, ensuring accurate records and tracking of payments; respond to all financial matters to Body Corporate as requested

 You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

  • Demonstrated experience within residential property management
  • Experience in leading a team and driving a customer centric, cohesive team culture
  • Real Estate Certificate with a strong working knowledge of Body Corporate & Property management legislation
  • A relationship builder, customer service oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Availability to manage after hours emergencies as required
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft office Suite
