The Opportunity
We’re looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our collaborative and dynamic team. Based at our Rhodes/NSW office, this role offers flexibility with a mix of in-office and remote work.
This is a diverse role with a primary focus on HR operations, program coordination, and process improvement. You’ll support core People & Culture activities and have opportunities to contribute to projects that enhance our employee experience and workplace culture. Working closely with a supportive team, you’ll have the guidance and collaboration needed to grow and thrive.
In this role, you’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of People & Culture and be part of exciting initiatives that make a difference across the business.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll contribute across several key areas, including:
- HR Operations & Support – Prepare and update employee documentation, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Program Coordination – Collaborate on engagement initiatives, Diversity & Inclusion programs, graduate programs, and compliance processes (e.g., WGEA and White Ribbon).
- Process & Vendor Management – Coordinate vendor setup in SAP, ensure compliance with terms and agreements, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Employee Communication & Engagement – Help communicate employee benefits, wellbeing programs, and recognition activities like service awards.
- Data & Reporting – Assist with surveys, analyse feedback, and prepare insights to inform decision-making and improve the employee experience.
What You’ll Bring
Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience in similar P&C roles, project coordination, or administrative support, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of HR best practices and the Fair Work Act
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
