The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Caretaker to manage day-to-day operations of our riverfront precinct located within 6km of the Brisbane CBD, ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard whilst managing key relationships with residents, owners and Body Corporate.

You will proactively manage and resolve building issues, effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders in a timely manner and ensure maintenance of the property is carried out efficiently.  

What You’ll Do

• Provide superior front of house customer service to residents
• Ensure common areas are well presented, clean and maintained at all times
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders – Body Corporate, Residents, Community Manager and Tradespeople
• Ensure residents and Body Corporate are provided with timely updates where required
• Prepare reports – management reports, landscape reports and Body Corporate reports
• Respond to all Resident and Body Corporate enquiries in a timely manner
• Manage contractor performance in accordance to scope of works
• Organise quotes, trades and other ad-hoc duties for Body Corporate as required

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Qualifications (Real Estate Certificate)
• Building Management experience, preferably from within a residential context
• Strong understanding of Body Corporate and Property Management Legislation
• Working knowledge of computer software (Office, MyBos or similar)
