Project Sales Manager

Drive sales for our award-winning Brookhaven community

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging. We’re known for delivering exceptional communities where people can thrive, and for over 100 years, our name has been synonymous with integrity, quality, and sustainability. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Project Sales Manager to be the face of our vibrant Brookhaven community and surrounding projects in the Bahrs Scrub area.

The Opportunity

Based on-site, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our project vision to life. While your primary base will be our award-winning Brookhaven community, this dynamic role may require the flexibility to float between projects. This is a unique chance to represent multiple landmark projects, guiding customers on their journey to calling a Frasers Property community home.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and representing the premium quality of the Frasers Property brand from the first handshake to the final settlement.

What you’ll do

  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Drive the achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets, managing the entire sales process with professionalism and skill to keep fall-over rates below 10%.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, actioning all leads within 24 hours and meticulously managing customer data in our CRM system.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Embody a “customer first” culture, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards. You will manage the sales office, ensuring it is always presented immaculately to create an optimal customer experience.
  • Collaborate and Connect: Develop and foster strong relationships with third-party channels, the wider Frasers Property team, and your clientele to support the achievement of project sales targets.
  • Become a Market Expert: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to provide insights on product, pricing, and buyer trends, ensuring we remain a market leader.
  • Lead with Integrity: Prepare and explain real estate contracts with accuracy, manage the sales administration process, and actively contribute to a safe and professional workplace.

What you’ll bring

  • Sales experience within the property development industry (e.g., land sales, new home sales, or project marketing).
  • A Queensland Real Estate Licence
  •  A proven ability to present, negotiate, and close property transactions. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously while staying focused on results.
  • You are a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes and a deep understanding of legal and conveyancing processes.
  • A highly professional presentation and demeanour, reflecting our premium brand.

Why join Frasers Property Australia?

  • A purpose-led culture where you’ll feel connected, valued, and supported.
  • The chance to represent an award-winning, high-quality community you can be proud of.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and make meaningful contributions.
  • Flexible working options and an inclusive team environment.
  • Be part of a business that champions sustainability and innovation.
  • Access to health & wellbeing benefits, purchased leave options, and discounts on property and hospitality.

If you're a high-performing sales professional ready to make your mark on one of Queensland's most exciting residential communities, we’d love to hear from you.

Don’t quite meet every single requirement but still believe you’d be a great fit for the job? We’ll never know if you don’t hit the ‘apply’ button.
