About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture Business Partnering, as our P&C Advisor you will provide ad-hoc day-to-day support to our Business Partnering team on activities such as:
people compliance
roster reviews
policy & procedure updates
business cases
project work
template reviews and
employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Enterprise Agreement negotiations
Support our Head or IR/ER with Enterprise Agreement Negotiations
You will also provide the leave coverage for our Business Partners which gives you exposure to a variety of stakeholders and HR experiences (because as much as we love what we do we all love a holiday too!)
This role is very agile and adapts to the ever-changing support needs of our industry and our team. It is the go-to for systems, researching information and employee queries so your flexibility, customer focused approach, attention to detail and high drive for results will help you succeed.
The knowledge and traits that will help you succeed
This role will best suit an HR Graduate, HR Administrator or HR Coordinator who is great at HR systems, is proficient in Microsoft office and wants hands on experience as an HR generalist, learning from a team of Business Partnering super stars!
