About the role
In this role you will be comfort to our residents and will have a strong willingness to upskill – being a great Graduate Registered Nurse is all about how you make people feel. No two days will be the same in this diverse role.

Oversee personal care delivery to ensure it is both enabling, and person centred.
Actively partner with residents to ensure personal goals of care are understood and delivered.
Ensure safe medication management.
Deliver best practice clinical care that aligns with residents’ preferences.
The traits that will help you succeed:
Being an empathetic and caring person, who understands the importance of working in Aged Care, you feel a great deal of pride providing exceptional levels of care and support to our residents, and their families and visitors. You’ll also have:
A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
Great time management and planning skills.
