About the role
The Treasury and Forecasting Manager is a critical role responsible for leading development and delivery of Estia Health’s forecasting, budgeting and treasury planning functions.
Providing forward-looking insights, managing liquidity and funding obligations, and delivering robust planning to support long-term strategy, this role requires cross functional collaboration and effective project management experience.
Key accountabilities include:
Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Treasury and liquidity management
Strategic market analysis and valuations
Investment acquisition support
Long range planning and system and data reporting
Cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement and project delivery
What you’ll bring:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting along with CPA, CA or similar/equivalent
Demonstrated experience in financial planning, or treasury related roles and the ability to lead financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
With a key focus on continual process improvement, you’ll bring experience enhancing financial systems, models and decision-making tools
Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills across complex organisations, with a focus on collaboration and adaptability
Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
You’ll ideally be based in Sydney where you will manage one direct report. Our office is centrally located near public transport, and we support hybrid working.
