About the role

Our Credit Team are responsible for ensuring all outstanding accounts, reconciliations, adjustments and refunds are processed and collected on time.

The Senior Credit Officer supports the Credit Team by being the first point of contact in the absence of the Credit Team Leader and providing reports to various stakeholders, assisting with escalated issues and by sharing their knowledge and expertise.

You’ll also be responsible for:

• End to end collection of overdue accounts
• Monitoring Direct Debit rejections and ensure prompt action is taken
• Assisting internal stakeholders and providing solutions to resolve delinquent accounts

What you’ll bring

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong customer service experience
• Advanced Excel skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate decisively
