Program Coordinator

Position Summary

The Program Coordinator assists the Program Manager and SMB Participant Manager in completing their assignments. Program Coordinator is also responsible for for managing ongoing budgets and able to present monthly financial budget reviews. Duties: Program Support & CoordinationAssist the Operations Program Manager and SMB Participant Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and online program activities and timelines to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.Manage ongoing program budgets, track expenditures, and prepare monthly financial reviews and reports. Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational policies. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the implementation and scaling of programs, particularly those focused on small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and startups. Operational EfficiencyContribute to process development and improvement efforts related to program logistics, scheduling, and documentation, helping to optimize workflows and program effectiveness. Technical & Manufacturing InsightLeverage engineering background to support the technical components of program execution, particularly in manufacturing or process engineering. Program Tracking & EvaluationMaintain clear records of program performance metrics, participant progress, and outcomes to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Communication & PresentationPresent budgetary updates, status reports, and program insights to leadership and relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. This role is occasionally virtual and occasionally present at the office.

Minimum Requirements

Working knowledge on how to maintain and reconcile budgets, expenses and purchasing, including making proposals for changes. Bachelor's degree in business related fields or a combination of relevant work experience and degree. Experience in settings up new programs, manufacturing or process engineering. Consumer electronics background preferred. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Desired Qualifications

Preferably a master's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience combination. Also work related to manufacturing, production, operations, logistics, accounting, training, training design and even start up experience. Passion for developing SMBs and start-up companies.
