Position Summary
The School of Planning, Design & Construction (SPDC) at Michigan State University (MSU) invites applications for an Instructor to co-teach the Graduate Certificate Program's (GCP) Real Estate Development and Construction Certificate (REDC), with an expected start date of 1/5/2026. Instructor will co-teach (half of) PDC859 - Construction Management and Real Estate Case Studies (Spring Semester). This is a part-time position. The full-time equivalent percentage may vary depending on the candidate's experience, education, and the number of credits.

Required Degree
Masters -Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Architecture or related field
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business, Architecture or related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in real estate, construction, design or related field are required.
