Position Summary
The Data and Integrations Team is responsible for the development, monitoring, and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and all Enterprise jobs that extract, transform and load data to and from the ware house and source systems, as well as API development and platform management. This position is responsible for the duties listed below.
Lead, coach, and manage the Data and Integrations Team. Specific tasks include: Oversee ongoing support of data warehousing and data integration operations in a production environment. Oversee data warehousing and data integration projects and initiatives on a regular basis as they arise, including projects of unusually large size, and/or complexity Act as a key resource on data warehousing/integration to University IT Staff Help lead the Enterprise Services Department as a part of the Enterprise Services Leadership Team
Reporting to the Associate Director for Development Ser vices, This position will supervise the Data and Integrations team, comprised of EDW, ETL, and API Developers, as well as Data Analysts.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year degree program with coursework in an Information Technology field; More than eight years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in data management, data integration, data warehousing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
Experience managing and securing sensitive or restricted data; experience implementing data warehouse initiatives and projects.
A broad understanding of data warehousing and data integration, based on previous work experience. A proven ability to lead a team of information technology staff in the area of data integration and data warehousing. Prior involvement working in a university setting and with higher education related data (student, research, business support systems). A proven ability to lead a team supporting a production data warehouse environment while also being involved in multiple projects simultaneously.
