CPMS Systems Administrator

Position Summary

Provides high-level support for the enterprise-level solutions managed by the IPF IT Capital Project Management Systems (CPMS) team. Provides independent support to ensure these systems are optimized for current business needs by regularly communicating with stakeholders. Develops and enhances these systems based on stakeholder feedback. Trains others in the support and maintenance of these systems. 

  • Tier-II and -III customer service and troubleshooting
  • Application development and enhancement
  • Collaboration with IPF and campus partners
  • Participate in Cross-platform Integrations
  • Training and Cross-training for support users

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in an information technology area related to the duties to be performed; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with the SQL database language, database structures, leadership and public speaking, process mapping, and advance Excel functions; Experience with construction industry enterprise software such as Unifier, Procore, Kahua, eBuilder, etc.; Familiarity with Planon or equivalent IWMS software; Familiarity with construction industry terminology and best practices related to Construction Owners.
