Your role within the team
The Digital Manager, eRetail is responsible for the strategic development and growth of our brands within our Pure Players, with a focus on Amazon. You will play a key role in our eRetail growth strategy, leading customer relationships and developing and executing account joint business plans – including perfect store delivery, Retail Media, demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis – to achieve executional, financial, marketing and operational targets and ensure sustainable long-term success.
Key responsibilities include:

Deliver eCommerce commercial objectives (top- and bottom- line numbers) through trading and joint business/category plans, strategic eRetail expansion, and operational improvements,

Utilise analytics tools to monitor online performance and digital shelf metrics, optimise digital media performance, and develop best-in-class content, portfolio, and promotional strategies,

Collaborating with internal teams including but not limited to sales, marketing, commercial finance etc to ensure that our eRetail plans are delivering on our strategic ambitions, contributing to overall business goals, and creating joint value for our eRetail partners and consumers,

Develop eRetail execution plans support big brand campaigns, tactical initiatives, and new product launches across various consumer goods categories,

End-to-end delivery, from developing sales strategies and negotiating contracts, to forecasting, briefing artwork, partnering with agencies, trading on platforms etc,

Continue to develop and evolve ways of working to set eCommerce up for long-term success (e.g. Operational efficiencies, running ongoing learning agenda, implementing best practice etc.),

Manage internal processes including collaboration with work areas such as sales, finance, supply, marketing, design, product development etc,

Digital Marketing and eCommerce experience or qualifications, including sales channels (Amazon, eBay etc.), marketing tools and channels (Search, Display, Email), and analytics platforms (preferred),
