Your role within the team 
 
This role will support the reporting and performance management responsibilities across the sourcing team. This is an entry role for sourcing where a recent graduate can gain experience, participate in group projects and free up the sourcing management group to have greater impact through their areas of responsibility. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Technical Degree (Life Sciences; Science; Engineering; Supply Chain Management), 

• Knowledge of Contract Manufacturing industry is preferable in Nutraceutical; Cosmetic; Pharmaceutical; Foods or FMCG, 

• Experience supporting a management team, 

• 1-3 years’ Experience in the Sourcing/Procurement of raw materials; packaging and finished product, 

• Commercial experience in managing costs (product; project; cost centre).

• Collecting and presenting key information for management on supplier performance across cost, service, quality and sustainability, 

• Updating systems and reports as required when there are business changes, 

• Updating and maintaining new invoices and costs for the group, 

• Managing excess or redundant stock levels with suppliers and driving solutions in the business, 

• Reviewing and driving change controls initiated by the business through the stakeholders, 

• Review and update sustainability initiatives with the suppliers, 

• Administer non-strategic suppliers.
