Your role within the team
The Brand Manager will drive the commercial growth of Zesty Paws in Australia through a rigorous, digital-first approach. Moving beyond traditional brand awareness, this role focuses on translating product efficacy into tangible social commerce conversion. You will develop compelling, product-centric assets that highlight clear features, benefits, and solutions, ensuring consistent and high-converting brand expression across all digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Social Commerce rollout by launching and scaling TikTok and Meta shop - platforms integrations as key revenue channels for Zesty Paws.
- Turn product discovery into sales through targeted, product led marketing that drives consideration and conversion.
- Run high impact paid social campaigns, continuously optimising creative, copy and targeting to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling transactions.
- Partner with the Digital Manager to deliver traffic driving campaigns that maximise performance across digital commerce platforms.

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- 3+ years’ experience in growth focused brand management or digital marketing within FMCG, pet nutrition, supplements, functional products or other fast moving consumer sectors.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related commercial field.
- Strong operational experience in Social Commerce and Paid Media.
- Proven success scaling brands through Meta Ads, TikTok Ads search and native social storefronts.
- Experience managing and optimising paid media budgets to drive customer acquisition and strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Strong ability to create and deploy high-quality, product-focused marketing assets designed specifically for algorithmic distribution and conversion
- Advanced proficiency in social advertising platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and TikTok, with a strong understanding of modern social commerce funnels from discovery to checkout.
- Proven ability to translate product features and health benefits into high converting digital storytelling, especially for short form video.
- Strong performance marketing mindset, with experience collaborating with internal teams and agencies on audience targeting, A/B testing and scaling high performing creative.
