Your role within the team 

As a Product Artwork Coordinator, you’ll support the Product Artwork Manager in bringing a diverse portfolio of NPD and EPD packaging to life - from concept through to final production. Your work will ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard, playing a key role in the success of our products and the business.

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of artwork production, from briefing designers to final print proof approval and render creation  
  • Implement and maintain packaging and brand style guidelines across all artwork  
  • Respond to change requests from internal teams and deliver timely, accurate updates  
  • Develop and maintain an organised, up-to-date artwork filing system  
  • Build a strong understanding of the end-to-end product production process and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless packaging development  
  • Oversee artwork development and rollout across multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Prioritise and manage workloads for internal and external artwork designers  
  • Liaise with packaging producers, such as Rapid Labels, to proof and approve artwork  
  • Ensure all packaging artwork consistently reflects and upholds H&H’s brand values

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent qualification  
  • Experience in an in-house design studio or agency, managing clients, projects, and developing designs, with a focus on packaging  
  • Ability to brief and collaborate effectively with graphic designers and packaging suppliers  
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop  
  • Knowledge of print and packaging production techniques is advantageous  
  • Experience managing design projects from concept through to final production  
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external partners  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and varying levels of complexity  
  • Understanding of package design, prototyping, and end-to-end production processes, including operational and supply chain considerations 
  • Developed an appreciation and worked with a variety of cultures, cultural nuances and ways of working
