Your role within the team
As the Reward and People Insights Manager, you will shape and drive employee rewards and compensation strategies across ANZ. This high-impact role involves designing and managing total rewards programs - including salary, bonuses, benefits, incentives, and recognition - ensuring they are competitive, aligned with business objectives, and reflective our H&H culture. You will lead the collection and analysis of people data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic workforce planning and decision-making. The role blends strategy with execution: developing and implementing systems, policies, and processes while managing both operational and strategic elements of the reward, benefits, and recognition function. This is a unique opportunity to make a visible impact on H&H’s people strategy, influence the employee experience, and drive initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent across the ANZ region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, lead, and execute cyclical total rewards activities, including annual remuneration review, bonuses, budget forecasting, and collaboration with HRBPs and managers
- Lead salary benchmarking and market pay analysis, ensuring competitiveness and equity using external data and provider insights
- Advise leaders and HR stakeholders on total rewards strategies, including remuneration, benefits, recognition, policies, and standards
- Design, manage, and evolve employee benefits and recognition programs, enhancing effectiveness, accessibility, engagement, and alignment with EVP and experience initiatives
- Produce data-driven people insights, analysing internal and external data to inform workforce planning, DE&I initiatives, and strategic HR decisions
- Maintain and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and governance to ensure accurate, timely information supporting planning, forecasting, compliance, and HR strategic projects
- Support DE&I initiatives, including gender equity, scorecards, WGEA reporting, and tracking progress across the business
- Oversee talent mobility, ensuring compliance with business guidelines and managing vendor relationships for immigration, relocation, and advisory services
- Monitor industry trends, legislative updates, and best practices to continuously optimise total rewards programs and enhance employee experience
Desired Skills & Experience

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Management, Economics) or equivalent experience in remuneration, reward, or people analytics
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar corporate role managing compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in Australia or Asia Pacific
- Strong understanding of reward and benefits strategies, legislation, and performance linkages
- Experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pay determination based on market factors
- Proven ability to design and optimise total rewards programs, including innovative reward initiatives
- Skilled in systems, processes, and project delivery, including system integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Advanced skills in cost modelling, strategic analysis, data visualization, and HR reporting
- Expertise in analysing people data to generate actionable insights for workforce planning and decision-making
- Knowledge of external salary and benefits surveys, compliance reporting, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., WGEA)
- Demonstrated ability to combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to influence business and HR stakeholders
