- Own and drive execution of global and regional Digital & IT strategy, ensuring measurable business outcomes across the region
- Lead and deliver a clear digital and technology transformation roadmap, positioning IT as a strategic enabler of growth, productivity, and resilience
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership and build strong, trusted partnerships with senior business stakeholders across ANZ and Asia
- Drive business value through digital capabilities, data, and technology, embedding agile, test-and-learn, and user-centric ways of working
- Bring an “outside-in” perspective by leveraging external networks, market insights, and best practices to accelerate innovation and strengthen H&H’s Digital & IT brand
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT programs, including large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, growth, and employee engagement
- Engage and influence internal stakeholders to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and resolve escalations to maximise business impact
- Lead and manage strategic third-party partners, leveraging external expertise and best practices in application deployment and resource management, while owning key vendor relationships
- Partner with Group IT PMO to embed consistent standards, governance, methodologies, and prioritisation across the IT portfolio, and co-design scalable regional deployment strategies
- Continuously challenge the status quo to standardise, simplify, and rationalise the IT landscape, improving efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability
- Own and manage the regional IT budget, ensure reliable and secure IT operations, and lead the development of a high-performing regional team and broader delivery ecosystem
