- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with sourcing partners and contract manufacturing suppliers.
- Support supplier communication on formulation changes, timelines, specifications, and quality expectations.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance product quality and operational outcomes.
- Support cross‑functional decision‑making by preparing inputs, tracking actions, and maintaining visibility of dependencies and risks.
- Maintain accurate product development documentation, including specifications, formulations, and change records.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to support on‑time execution.
- Support post‑launch reviews and ongoing product optimisation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the product development function.
