Your role within the team
In this role, you will be a key member of the HCP field team, driving engagement and growth across your territory, Adelaide, South Australia. Reporting to the National HCP Field & Accounts Manager, ANC & BNC, you will receive strategic direction, coaching and support while owning day-to-day execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and key accounts to deliver a consistent approach to Healthcare Professional engagement. As a trusted representative, you will bring our science-driven portfolio to life, contributing to team success while building your expertise and professional presence within the healthcare community. This is a part-time role (0.8 FTE).
Key responsibilities include:
- Influence Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using evidence-based research and strong product knowledge, so they proactively recommend the H&H science-driven product range (Swisse Nutra+ & Biostime), thereby growing sales in line with business objectives
- Manage a defined territory, meeting call rates and KPI’s aligned to a quarterly territory business plan
- Execute a structured territory plan incorporating face-to-face and virtual meetings with Healthcare Professionals
- Deliver engaging education sessions and participate in scientific meetings across private clinics, medical centres, hospitals and pharmacies
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare Professionals to drive advocacy and long-term engagement
- Leverage clinical data and scientific evidence to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate the Swisse Nutra+ and Biostime ranges
- Identify and act on opportunities within the territory to increase product recommendation and expand reach
- Monitor territory performance, track outcomes against KPIs, and adapt strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- Proven performance (minimum 2 years) in evidence-based selling to Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) and field territory management, preferably within Infant Nutrition and/or Natural Medicine
- Based in Adelaide, South Australia
- Demonstrated ability in detailing and relationship building with HCPs across hospitals, clinics and pharmacies
- Strong health selling and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging, education-based presentations to diverse healthcare audiences
- Solid understanding of stakeholder mapping and stakeholder management within a hospital setting, with the ability to navigate complex environments effectively
- Product & Wellness Expertise: sound knowledge of category ingredients, efficacy and evidence, combined with broader health and wellness expertise to add value and influence increasing product recommendation and advocacy
