Your role within the team
The role of the Brand Manager will support portfolio management, innovation and campaign development across the Adult Nutrition Category on the Swisse brand in Australia. The role drives Swisse business objectives by executing the marketing plan through robust product, category and channel strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support performance and brand management of the Swisse Vitamins portfolio through execution of marketing plans and activation of the annual marketing calendar
- Ensure consistent application of brand positioning across campaigns, innovation, and communications
- Contribute to key brand strategy documents, including annual brand plans and communications frameworks
- Lead new product development from concept through to commercialisation and launch, including business case development and Stage & Gate presentations
- Manage portfolio performance through regular reviews, lifecycle management, and leading end-product development initiatives
- Lead and support end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from creative and media briefing through to execution and rollout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, omni, and sales) and external agencies to deliver integrated, consistent campaigns across all touchpoints
- Analyse data to generate insights and inform strategic decision-making, including development of segment strategies
- Support financial management by tracking budgets, managing invoicing, and monitoring campaign and project spend
- Ensure all campaigns and product initiatives are delivered on time, in full, and within budget, meeting commercial objectives

To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- 2+ years’ experience in brand management within consumer-focused industries (e.g. FMCG, health, or pharmacy)
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Exposure to product development processes, including Stage & Gate methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from concept through to execution
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident in developing presentations, writing briefs, and engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong data analysis skills (i.e. Nielsen, Iqvia, Quantium) and ability to turn data into insights represented in appropriate formats (e.g., graphs, presentations).
- Solid commercial acumen, with an understanding of category dynamics and performance drivers
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally and influencing diverse stakeholders
