The position we have:
At Prosegur, we seek physically fit and enthusiastic candidates for the Cash in transit / Armoured Vehicle Operator position based at our Lane Cove branch. We are happy to hear from licensed security personnel, MR Drivers, or other capable individuals who are keen to explore alternate career opportunity that provides work-life balance (Mon- Fri work only), full-on job training, and direction around required licenses for a long satisfying career.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide secure transportation of cash and valuables
- Maintain both a professional appearance and attitude
- Adhere to strict company policy and procedure
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment
Required Licenses/ willingness to obtain:
- Current NSW Security License (1A1FC)
- Current Firearms License (Category H)
- Current MR Drivers License / or prepared to obtain it within the first 3 months
Applicants without the above license are still encouraged to apply as competency-based in-house training and interim employment opportunities can be discussed further at the interview.
What you need to bring:
- Basic competency in Mathematics & English
- Display exceptional attention to details
- Have a high level of honesty and integrity
- Demonstrate the ability to work with limited supervision
- Physical fitness - repetitive manual handling is involved
- Be able to obtain a satisfactory current Criminal history check
