What does the job look like?
Field Services Senior Support Technician is responsible to provide individual and specialist forms of advice and mentoring of technical tasks for Field Technicians. Key areas include:
- Supporting a team of Field Technicians responsible for maintenance and repair of devices including ATMs, intelligent safes, and other related devices
- Provide technical support and training to Field Technicians
- Provide solutions and outcome for escalations relating to chronic faults
- Inventory control including individual Field Technician parts boot stock
- Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and service delivery
- Lead by example providing support and mentoring

The primary impact of this role is to motivate and lead others by example, driving efficiency and quality results. Provide support to the Field Manager on daily BAU activities and projects. You can demonstrate:
- Extensive knowledge of ATMs and similar devices
- Experience in supporting of team members
- Knowledge in training, support, and technical processes
- Excellent understanding of safety related practices and processes
- Ability to travel at short notice to chronic fault sites throughout the region
